Solar park 500 kW, for sale

A 500 kW photovoltaic park currently under construction is available for sale, with grid connection scheduled for 2022.

The agreed feed-in tariff (FiT) rate is €0.06574 per kWh. The park will be equipped with bifacial Luxor Power solar panels, each rated at 540 Wp, mounted on suitable foundations. Huawei inverters will be installed to ensure efficient energy conversion.

Security measures include closed-circuit cameras with recording capabilities and a fully integrated alarm system. The park is located on a leased plot of land.

Annual energy production is estimated at 750,000 kWh, generating projected revenues of approximately €49,000. Operating expenses, aside from the annual land lease of €2,000, include maintenance and insurance costs estimated at around €3,500 per year.

The sale can be structured as a transfer of fixed assets or as a business branch.
