Solar park 500 kW, for sale

A 500 kW photovoltaic park, connected to the grid since July 2022, is now available for sale. The park benefits from a guaranteed feed-in tariff (FiT) of €0.0657 per kWh.

The installation features Longi Solar bifacial panels, which come with a 15-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability. Huawei inverters have been installed to optimize energy conversion, while the mounting system consists of a one-axis tracker supplied by Deger, enhancing energy capture throughout the day. The substation equipment is provided by AEG, completing the high-quality setup.

The park is situated on a leased plot of 9,000 sq.m, with a lease term of 25 years and an annual rental cost of €2,263. Annual energy production is estimated at approximately 820,000 kWh, generating an expected income of around €54,000 per year.
