Solar park 500 kW, for sale

For sale is a cluster of 20 photovoltaic parks, each with a capacity of 500 kW, totaling 10 MW. The sale can be made either partially or as a whole.

Each park will be constructed using bifacial Upsolar panels, Huawei inverters, and fixed mounting bases. The parks will be situated on plots ranging from 8,000 to 14,000 sq.m, with annual rents between €1,600 and €2,500 per plot.

The agreed feed-in tariff (FiT) with the network is set at €0.06574 per kWh for the next 20 years. Each park is expected to generate approximately 800,000 kWh annually, resulting in projected revenues of around €52,000 to €53,000 per park.

The transaction will be conducted through a company transfer.
