Solar park 500 kW, for sale

For sale: a private company named “Ike in Greek,” which owns two newly constructed photovoltaic parks, each with a capacity of 500 kW. Both parks were built in 2021 and are equipped with bifacial Upsolar panels, Huawei inverters, and fixed mounting bases.

Each park is located on a plot ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 sq.m, with an annual land lease cost between €2,000 and €2,500 per plot. The agreed feed-in tariff (FiT) with the network is set at €0.06574 per kWh for the next 20 years.

Each photovoltaic park is expected to generate approximately 800,000 kWh annually, resulting in projected revenues of around €52,000 to €53,000 per park per year.

Construction is progressing as planned, and the owner’s financial stability and reliability are assured. This opportunity offers a solid investment in renewable energy with long-term revenue certainty.
