Solar park 500 kW, for sale

For sale is a 500 kW photovoltaic park that has declared readiness and is currently in the process of grid connection.

The agreed Feed-in Tariff (FiT) rate is €0.06574 per kWh. The park is constructed using high-quality single-crystal bifacial solar panels from Jinko Solar, each with a power output of 455 Wp. These panels are mounted on pre-galvanized steel bases, ensuring durability and stability.

The installation includes three Fimer (ABB) inverters, each rated at 175 kW, providing efficient energy conversion. To facilitate connection to the HEDNO network, an outdoor prefabricated 500 kVA substation of the “Kioski” type has been installed to house the electrical equipment.

Specialized DC cables with integrated positive and negative contacts are used throughout the park. These copper conductors have an appropriate cross-section, are flexible, non-flammable, UV-resistant, and designed to operate reliably under high temperatures. The cables connecting the DC/AC inverters to the main XT panel are of NYY type (J1VV-R), while the medium-tension (MT) cables are multi-stranded copper with XLPE insulation and both inner and outer PVC sheathing.

Grounding is installed around the perimeter of the substation, primarily consisting of galvanized steel tape (St/tZn 30x3.5mm). Connections to the support bases and lightning protection pins are made via copper conductors and appropriate connectors as required. All cables are routed through plastic conduits, with inspection wells installed to facilitate maintenance and ensure proper cable management.

Security is ensured through a closed-circuit camera system with an on-site recorder, complemented by an alarm system featuring laser beam detectors for perimeter protection.

The sale includes the land plot, the operating company, and a future license for the development of an additional photovoltaic park.
