Solar park 500 kW, for sale

A connected photovoltaic park with a capacity of 500 kW is currently for sale. The agreed feed-in tariff (FIT) rate is €0.0703 per kWh.

The park is constructed using Luxor Ecoline 395 W solar panels, which come with a 15-year warranty. The system includes seven Huawei inverters, and the support structures are securely fixed with TÜV-certified bases. Electrical components feature ABB panels, an external-type substation, and a 500 kVA oil transformer.

For security and monitoring, the PV station is equipped with a closed-circuit camera system with recording capabilities, as well as an installed alarm system. Additional safety measures include lightning protection and grounding.

Please note that the photovoltaic park is situated on leased land.

In 2021, the park generated approximately 790,000 kWh of electricity, resulting in estimated annual revenues of around €55,000. The annual lease cost for the land is €2,000.
