End-to-end development and sale of a three-residence complex, from land acquisition to design, permitting and final sales.
Terra Property undertook the full development of a residential complex, starting with the acquisition of a two-acre land plot and concluding with the successful sale of the completed homes.
The project included the design and permitting of three independent residences of 250 sq.m each, as well as the legal structuring and sale of the properties.
Strong emphasis was placed on high-spec architectural design and overall master planning, ensuring functionality, privacy and high-quality living standards.
