The group was operating across scattered locations and wanted to bring a significant part of its activities under one roof. The brief: 3,000 sqm of office space, in a single building, ready to accommodate a large workforce without a lengthy fit-out period.

A single floorplate of that size drastically narrows the available options. The space had to support a flexible layout, come with technical infrastructure ready for immediate installation, and offer access that works day to day for staff and partners alike.

We searched the market against these criteria and assessed each candidate property one by one, ruling out those that delivered the square metres but not the functionality. The property we proposed met all three requirements: size, build quality, and readiness for immediate operation.

The lease was completed and the group relocated its operations to a single 3,000 sqm space, with room to grow.
