The property is a 3,000 sq.m industrial warehouse owned by a company seeking to utilize part of the space while maintaining its own operations within the premises.

A key requirement was the selection of a tenant with low operational impact, ensuring uninterrupted activity for the owner. At the same time, the tenant required the space for a limited number of days and visits, with increased demands for security, access control and guarding.
