Solar park 500 kW, for sale

Ike Company is for sale, featuring a 500 kW photovoltaic park currently under construction, with an anticipated grid connection scheduled for 2022.

The agreed feed-in tariff (FiT) for the system is €0.06574 per kWh. The park’s construction will utilize bifacial frames from a reputable manufacturer, Huawei inverters, and an appropriately rated transformer to ensure optimal performance.

Security measures include closed-circuit cameras with a recording system and an installed alarm system for continuous monitoring. The photovoltaic park is situated on a leased plot of land.

Annual energy production is expected to reach approximately 770,000 kWh, generating estimated revenues of around €51,000 per year. Operating expenses include an annual lease payment of €2,700, along with maintenance and insurance costs, which are projected to total approximately €3,500 annually.

The sale will be conducted through the transfer of the company owning the asset, allowing the buyer to secure financing or loans under the company’s name.
